Finally, a shampoo that I can get behind! I have color treated hair (many highlight applications over the years) and it’s extremely picky when it comes to shampoo. First off, I need something with sulfates, since sulfate free doesn’t cleanse my hair enough. This fits the bill, and it doesn’t strip my color (shampoo in general, whether sulfate laden or not, along with water and sun strips color). With this shampoo, it’s the perfect balance between conditioning and cleansing. I can skip washing my hair for a few days, which saves my color and it keeps my hair from drying out. This foams really well, I can get a foam mohawk going, which is A+ for me. This product doesn’t dull my color like some moisturizing shampoos do, but it still is conditioning enough to leave my hair shiny. My hair is left tangle and frizz free, but it isn’t weighed down. My hair air dries into soft, sleek locks which is important since I try to avoid heat tools as often as possible. Worth the money, does what it claims to do, and it’s money well spent towards effective charities.

I actually found out about this line through the Beauty Brains podcast. I highly trust what each of the speakers on the podcast have to say and I feel the same for anything they make as well. It also doesn’t hurt that it has hints of my favorite color on the bottles. Lol So I decided to give this shampoo (and conditioner) a try. I really like this these products. They make my hair feel clean, but not stripped. They also have a nice smell that’s not overpowering and, most importantly, my hair actually looks nice after it dries! I would recommend this line to anyone who just wants a good shampoo and conditioner without any unnecessary “gimmicky” ingredients. I will definitely repurchase. 🙂
